Anik’s early career focused on women’s and children's education, while working with communities she noticed the increasing impact of plastic waste on the environment and the effect it was having on those communities. As a result, she has dedicated the last 17 years to environmental and community projects, building a reputation as an exceptional and passionate leader in her field.

Maye is a dedicated environmentalist, beginning his career as cofounder of Malang based NFP ‘LitterLess’ and serving as the Advocate Division Head of Malang Corruption Watch. Maye has an excellent analytical approach which makes him skilled Project Manager and works tirelessly to improve our environment and our lives.

With over a decade of international NGO and corporate administrative experience, Nur steers the company and team smoothly through a complicated landscape of Government, corporate and NGO relationships and expectations. With a proficient understanding of finance documents and budget preparation and monitoring she is always the person in the room who is calm, concise and ready with the right policy.

Ragil is an Environmental Engineering graduate with a strong environmental science and engineering background, with developed expertise in areas such as waste management, environmental health and safety, as well as a focus on waste management Ragil is known for his communication skills and strong ability to work collaboratively. Has a great enthusiasm to apply his skills and experience to have an ongoing and meaningful impact on this project.

Bachtiar is a skilled professional with a passion for UI/UX design and analysis processes. With expertise and experience in both technical and administrative roles he combines a strong background in technology with efficient financial management and administrative skills to ensure our finance department runs to the highest standards.

Dantry is an accomplished Environmental Engineer, with expertise in groundwater quality and pollution management proving an ideal match for our waste management initiatives. With a distinguished track record spanning five years, she has effectively fostered government relations and environmental regulations and cultivated invaluable partnerships with governmental bodies to ensure the seamless execution of projects.

Eko is a highly experienced Civil Engineering graduate, with an impressive 12-year career showcasing his expertise and proficiency in utilizing software applications to design, assessment and operations of waste infrastructure and projects. He is highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.

Syahrul Hadiyatullah has over 5 years expertise in community engagement, particularly in the fields of culture and the arts. His previous experience as a teacher and educator makes it easy for him to understand the character of the community and get them engaged in the projects. Syahrul has a keen grasp of the unique challenges that different communities face, and his problem-solving skills enable him to provide effective solutions.

Tomo is passionate about social causes and environmental conservation and is dedicated to driving positive change. From volunteering at local environmental organizations, to leading community empowerment projects, Tomo has developed a deep-rooted commitment to environmental conservation, community empowerment and the achievement of sustainable development goals. Cumik possesses extensive experience in public welfare and is a versatile professional with a wealth of knowledge in environmental and waste management.
